Registration

Register now for the Spring 2010 Retailing Career Fair - Wednesday, February 10.


Register for through Texas A&M University’s new campus-wide e-commerce system called Texas A&M Marketplace.

By following this link, you will be taken to the secure site.  "Marketplace" is an on-line store.  For the Retailing Career Fair, you will see two icons, "CRS Sponsor Company Registration" and "Retailing Career Fair" registration. Please select which option describes your company.

 

If you would like to pay by check, please send an email to lslaydon@mays.tamu.edu, and an invoice will be sent to you.


Registration fees are $600 for non-sponsor companies, and $500 for sponsor companies. The fee covers booth rental, parking, meals for 4 recruiters.  Each additional recruiter will be $50.  Groups with 8 recruiters or more are required to purchase two booths due to space limitations.

 

Full refunds will be made for cancellations made in writing no later than Friday, January 29, 2010.

Student Hosts

One or two student hosts will be assigned to your company to help make your visit to AggieLand run smoothly.

These students will meet you Tuesday, February 9 at the Networking Reception and can assist you with booth set-up, take-down, copies, and anything else you need during your stay. Should you require the use of office space, you are invited to use the Center for Retailing Studies in Wehner 201.

 


 

Parking:

 

Visitor parking is available in PA72, in front of the Wehner Building.


* Visitors are responsible for securing a parking tag or to pay for their parking. The Center for Retailing Studies is not liable for any parking tickets.
If you would like to reserve parking for your company, please indicate so on the registration form.

Hotels

 

A diversity of hotel options are available throughout the Brazos Valley. Recruiters should contact the Bryan/College Station Convention and Visitors Bureau or specific hotel chains for rates and availability. http://visitaggieland.com/

 


 

Hospitality Rooms and Meals:

Our hospitality room is located in the Cocanougher Center, located on the first floor of the Wehner Building, Room 183, where snacks and drinks will be available throughout the day.  A continental breakfast is available there from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00a.m. 

Lunch will be served in the Cocanougher Center from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Student hosts will also be available in the Cocanougher Center should you need any assistance. They are there to help you!

If you would like to reserve room space to interview potential candidates, please email Brenda Story or call the Texas A&M Career Center at 979-845-5139. This award-winning team can assist you with company presentations, position postings, access to the former student candidate pool and much, much more. You can meet representatives from the Career Center at their booth during the Retailing Career Fair.
